For over fifteen (15) years, QB ENGINEERS has been providing professional engineering services founded on technical excellence, integrity, and innovation. The firm is spearheaded by the husbandand-wife team of Engr. Karlo Cirilo B. Quiobe and Engr. Mary Ann M. Quiobe, both of whom possess advanced academic backgrounds from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, where Engr. Karlo is completing his Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Thesis Status) and Engr. Mary Ann is completing her Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering (Dissertation Status).

QB ENGINEERS and its core personnel are highly proficient in Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Detailed Engineering Design, and Project Management. The firm is duly accredited by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) and registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), reinforcing its compliance with national standards for quality and professional service delivery

Originally established as a structural engineering consultancy, QB ENGINEERS expanded its services to include geotechnical engineering, addressing the growing demand for specialized subsurface investigation and analysis within the Province of Bohol. Over time, the firm has evolved into a multidisciplinary engineering organization, offering comprehensive Project Management and Detailed Engineering Design (DED) services encompassing architectural, civil, structural, electrical,mechanical, plumbing and sanitary, drainage, road network, and auxiliary system design.

The firm, under the leadership of Engr. Karlo Cirilo B. Quiobe, has also played a significant role in the project management and restoration of heritage structures in Bohol that were partially, severely, or completely damaged by the October 2013 Great Bohol Earthquake, contributing to the province’s post-disaster rehabilitation and preservation of cultural assets.
